Sandra Day O’Connor Law School
Preservationists fought to preserve The Ramada Inn from being demolished by ASU and the City of Phoenix in 2010, but failed. Previously, the building had been a dorm at ASU, and after it was demolished it became a parking lot for the university's downtown campus. In 2014 ASU used $12 million dollars from the City of Phoenix and private donations to build the Arizona Center for Law and Society building called Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. | Creator: Arizona State University | Date: 2014 | Source: Arizona State University, "New ASU Law School building to break ground in downtown Phoenix," November 5, 2014, accessed December 1, 2019. | Rights: Arizona State University
