The Pacific Creamery Co. was once the Creamery Complex that was built in 1892 and located on "Old Eighth Street" in Tempe; it operated as the Tempe Creamery and the Tempe-Mesa Produce Company. In December 1907, the Pacific Creamery Co., a popular California business, bought the Creamery Complex. The Borden Milk Company acquired ownership of the complex in 1927 until it shut down in 1953. The Four Peaks Brewing Company bought the vacant property in 1995.
